   The blowing filling capping machine can produce 54000 bottles per hour, ranking the fastest in China. Controlled by PLC, the HMI touch screen would demonstrate the various parameters, such as heating temperature, pressure change curve in blowing process, filling liquid level position etc. To any adjustments, it just needs to change the parameters on the screen, which is easy and highly intelligent.

Blowing Unit
   In-line ion gas preform purification technology cleans the preform.
  The ceramic plate and reverse trail system in the heating part can reduce the electricity by 10%-15%.
   Self-adaptation two-step blowing technology ensure the smooth and effective blowing process, from which produce high-quality bottles.
   The recovery device in blowing part can reduce air consumption by 25%-35%.

Filling Unit
   We can provide mechanical filling, flowmeter filling, and electronic weighing filling, satisfying our customers' different needs.
   All containers or pipes getting in touch with the fluid material are made of 316 steel of food grade.
 
Capping Unit
    With the magnetic constant torque, the capping defective rate is smaller than 0.2%.
    Intelligent inspection system can ensure no bottle, no feeding cap.
