Ofloxacin is a synthetic anthelmintic with activity against a broad spectrum of gastrointestinal worms and against lung worms. Levamisole causes an increase of the axial muscle tone followed by paralysis of worms.

Application

This product has the third-generation quinolone antibacterial activity. It has good antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Citrobacter, Shigella, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacteriaceae, Serratibacillus, Proteus, Haemophilus influenzae, Acinetobacter, Curvularia, etc. It also has certain antibacterial effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Chlamydia ocularis of Shachemicalbook, It also has the effect of anti mycobacterium tuberculosis, and can be used together with isoniazid and rifampicin to treat tuberculosis. It has strong antibacterial effects on both Gram positive and negative bacteria. It also has good effects on anaerobic bacteria and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus is 4-8 times stronger than that of norfloxacin.
