Drug Indication/Application/Use	Ketorolac, also known as painkillers, painlisin, anhera and ketorolac aminobutriol, is a non-steroidal analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug, a derivative of pyrrolinic acid, with a chemical structure and pharmacological action similar to that of tolmetin, zomic acid and indomethacin. By inhibiting cyclooxygenase, it inhibits the synthesis and release of prostaglandins and produces anti-inflammatory effects. It can lower the body temperature of heat-induced fever, which is related to the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, and has potent analgesic and moderate anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effects and inhibits platelet aggregation, without respiratory inhibition or addictive properties.
