9 head Glass Straight Line Edging Machine

YG-8242,9243 glass straight line edging machine, one of the series glass straight line edging products, is developed from SY-422 edging machine. It increases the numbers of abrasive head and uses a wool felt wheel that is polished by cerium oxide agent, which improved its edging quality and processing precision. It is suitable for edging the straight line and corner of differ-size flat glass. It combines rough, fine edging and polishing of the straight line with rough, fine edging of the two side corners together and edges once for all. It is characterized with mechanical no-grade speed adjustment with wide range, steady speed changing. I can change the inputting speed when edging. Adjust and clamp the driving chain and drive 5~32mm thick glass to edge. It uses diamond wheels to edge roughly and sharply. It uses 10s40 wheels to edge finely and precisely. It even uses a wool felt wheel and cerium oxide agent to polish smoothly and cleanly. The surface of the edged glass can have the same smooth finish as the mirror. The 9243 can even polish better.
