CP8500I Slipform Concrete Paver
CP8500I slipfrom paver consist by frame, power system, travelling system, control system, hydraulic system, working device etc.The working theory is: Transit mixer input the concrete in the front of the paver, paver travel forward at setting speed, all working device start working. Auger distribute concrete uniformly in front of smoother, smoother scrape the concrete into setting paving thickness, vibrator vibrate the concrete at setting frequency, tamper bar compact at setting speed. One side, it compact the aggregate to the bottom of smoother and adjust the slurry layer to the surface, another side, it has compaction function. While paver moves forward, smoother and side module plate compact the concrete into form, middle and TBI insert the steel bar inside concrete.
Power system consist of engine, transfer case, pump group.
Engine use TAD852VE model,rated speed 2200 r/min, power 210Kw
Transfer case: assemble at rear side of engine, power transfer from driving plate to main gear then to idle gear and reach to hydraulic pump.
Vibrator system Structure use one high motor driving unbalance mass to achieve vibration.
