The factory was established in April 2001, the existing staff of more than 700 people, covers an area of about 100,000 square meters, the total assets of about 400 million yuan, has three production plants, annual output of about 100,000 tons of chemical fiber comprehensive enterprise.  
 
The original production workshop of the factory is mainly used for differentiating fiber elastic fabric.  
At present, the main equipment is 22 sets of Hongyuan stretching machine, producing various specifications of polyester DTY cation, light silk, blanket silk and other special silk, the specific specifications range from 75D to 500D.  
The annual output of elastic products is about 45,000 tons, and the products are sold to all provinces in China. Cationic special silk is successfully used in blanket weaving, which breaks the pattern of acrylic fiber used in blanket, plush and carpet industries and sets the precedent of using polyester cationic modified fiber in China.  
The spinning project was recently put into operation in January 2010.  
The total fixed assets investment of the project is more than 100 million yuan. The spinning equipment is POY spinning production line from Beijing Zhongli Industry co., LTD and Toray 48-bit high speed winding machine (FDY spinning equipment) from Japan.  
Main production of light/half light POY color silk and light/half light FDY color silk.  
It is expected that the annual output of POY silk will reach 40,000 tons and FDY 18,000 tons.
