DZL Series Hot Water Boiler Specification
The DZL series easy installation steam boiler is the most advanced water-fire tube boiler in China, which is strong, high efficiency, but with small installation space, long life.
Main Features of DZL boiler
The ameliorated boiler uses the wing smoke flue, one-way threaded smoke pipe, arch tube sheet, smoke-gas segregation room, and several other advanced technologies so that the boiler bearing condition could be ameliorated, the circulating water flow speed could be improved and the safety coefficient could be enhanced.
This series boiler is well designed, compactly made-up, quickly installed, mono layer, so that the civil engineering and the investment could be saved. This amelioration, which extends the boiler's working life and is the national energy saving product, makes great contribution to the further development of boiler, it sets the pace in china and fill up the national margin.

SZL Series Hot Water Boiler Specification
SZL water tube easy installation(assembled) boiler has 2 vertical steam drums, and the innovative horizontal cyclone-fired combustion chamber, which could effectively enhance the thermal efficiency and reduce the flue gas emission concentration. The flue gas emission concentration is lower than 100 mm/nm3, the flue gas blackness is lower than Ringelmann level 1,which enables the boiler to be used in the first-class environment protected area.
The boiler installs one cast iron economizer at its back body, the fire-gate applies the chamber-segregated ventilation structure, which is easy to adjust. The separate-layer coal supply device could be chosen according to the customer requirement. Advantages of such boiler are: strong power, high thermal efficiency, 110% override capability,
compactly designed, small floor area.
