What is Tinplate?

Tinplate (SPTE),is tin plated on both sides of the iron sheet, that is, cold rolled low carbon thin steel plate,  rust resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic. Mainly used for making metal packaging, including canned food,  beverage, chemical, medicine, sanitation, coatings, paints, sprays,  cosmetic caps and so on. Taiwan is affected by Japan,  so that tinplate is often regarded as with called iron plate gold, sheet metal has a joint relationship.

Tinplate is the surface of a layer of tin sheet, it is not easy to rust, also known as tinplate .The tin lining of the tin will react with the oxygen remaining in the container during filling, reducing the chance of oxidation of the food ingredients. Gas resistance, shading, fragrance are good, tight seal, can well protect the quality of products. 

Because of its special physical properties, tinplate can be made into various shapes according to the packaging needs, such as square pot, round pot, horseshoe shape, trapezoid, etc., which can not only meet the packaging needs, but also improve the product appearance.Compared with glass and plastic, it has high strength, good rigidity and is not easy to break. It is the main container for large transportation packaging.

A: For each size, MOQ is 2MT, We accept FCL and LCL shipment;
Q8: Can you take care of shipping?
A: We take care of shipping under delivery term CNF or CIF;The buyer takes care of shipping under delivery term FOB, but we can support the buyer to find a proper shipping forwarder;
Q9: Is sample available?
A:Sample of normal specification(for example 1.2mm,1.6mm.2.0mm,3mm...)are normally available;Sample is free,but the buyer pays for the fright.
