Operation Skills
Before using the tablet press, all oil cups, oil holes and friction surface must be added with lubricating oil, and empty operation so that the friction surface is covered with oil film, prolong the service life of the machine.

For tablets with high sugar content, the tablet design should be shallow concave or flat. Medium die can use alloy steel or hard alloy. Deep concave die die is easy to damage, as little as possible.
4. When replacing the mold, if the middle mold cannot go down, use a rod of the same size as the upper mold to gently knock the middle mold down.
5 In the process of tablet pressing, the quality of tablets (tablet weight, hardness, surface finish, etc.) must be checked frequently and timely adjusted.
6 If pressing mineral, plant fiber content is large, large diameter, poor viscosity of the material, it is appropriate to use low speed tablet. High speeds generally do not exceed 25 RPM.
