CGF rinsing-filling-capping 3-in-1 machine, this type of equipment is used to produce polyester bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverage machinery, and other non-carbonated beverage products.
Empty bottle washing, liquid filling, and cap screwing 3 functions are combined in one unit, which can reduce the materials and outsiders' touch time, improving the sanitary conditions, production capacity, and economic efficiency.

Empty bottle washing:
This part of the machine is used to wash empty bottles with water spray, it uses purified water to wash the bottle's inner surface at a particular angle. It makes the bottle before filling clean, in line with health standards, to prevent bacteria, sediment, and other harmful substances.
The rotary plate, washing head, clips...etc, these parts of the bottle washing station are made of SUS304 stainless steel.
After washing, used flushing water will be collected and discharged uniformly.
