This link age  production line  is composed of four equipment: ultrasonic bottle washing machine , sterilization dryer , filling stoppering  machine , capping machine , which can complete a series of complex functions such as spraying water , ultrasonic cleaning , flushing on the inner and outer walls of the bottle , preheating , drying and sterilization ,  heat source removal , cooling , bottle unscrambling , (pre-filling nitrogen), filling, (post-filling nitrogen), stopper unscrambling , s toppering pressing , capping  unscrambling , capping , etc  and achieve automatic production  in the whole process ; Each unit can be used alone, but also  in  link age  production. The production line is mainly used for the production of vial  injection and powder injection in pharmaceutical factories, and can be applied  in the production of antibiotics, biopharmaceuticals, chemical pharmaceuticals, blood products and other drugs. In accordance with the new GMP standards and international high standards, Ma r ya meets customers '  requirements with machines that are efficient and flexible,hygiene, technically mature ,  customizable, highly standardized and modular for the production process nowadays.
