The
Marya
Pharmaceutical Automatic GMP Glass Vial Washing Sterilizing Filling Capping Labelling Machine For IV injection linkage line is composed of an ultrasonic bottle washing machine, dryer sterilizer, and ampoule filling, and sealing machine. Each machine can be used separately or in a linkage line. The whole line is mainly used for ampoule injection filling in pharmaceutical factories and the general type can also be used for antibiotic vial injection filling or powder filling.
OUR PRODUCTS
The infeed metal belt gently pushes the bunch of ampoules towards the infeed screw, which separates and transports them to the intermediary wheel to be handed over to the transport rake. The transport rake hands gradually the ampoules over the machine through the opening station for ampoules (option), filling station (pre-gassing, gassing during filling and post-gassing are optionally available) and sealing station. Thus a careful object transport is ensured.
Filling through seal-less rotary piston: the volume to be filled is set through the colour touch-screen operator interface and can be stored in dedicated recipes. The ampoules are centered below the needles in order to allow the gassing and filling needles to move into the ampoules without touching their neck, so that wetted neck and black spots resulting from carbonisation are avoided.
In order to increase the production flexibility, peristaltic pumps can optionally be fitted to the machine After the flame sealing station, the filled and sealed ampoules are gently pushed out of the transport star wheel by an exiting finger into the outfeed magazine. The objects can then be discharged from the outfeed magazine by means of suitable trays.
