Product Description

UHT   could   be   used   for milk   sterilization   before   aseptic   filling   .   Milk   protein   is   stabilized   at   90ºC   for 120   seconds   ,   then   heated   into   135-   145ºC   and   holding   for 4   seconds   for sterilization   ,   and cool   down   to   25ºC   for filling   .

Product is   indirectly   heated   and   cooled   by   water   in tubular   heat exchanger.   Excellent   sterilization   process   and   heat   exchanger design   ensure   high   quality   fianal   products   and   high thermal recovery   efficiency,   eg   .   :   min   .   consumption   of   steam   and   cooling   water.   All   pipelines   and   heat exchangers,   also   pipeline to the   filler   are   sterilized   by   enclosed   loop   before   production   to   ensure   maximum   safety    in   aseptic   production   .
