Product Description

 
Tubular heat exchange(THE)

Pre-Heating : Heat exchanged between product and water by counter-flow, product  heated  up  to  120ºC  from  5ºC ,  deaerated  and homogenized at 75ºC ,and protein stabilized at 90ºC 


Sterilization :   product is   heated   from   120   ºC to   140   ºC   by   overheated   water in   THE.


Cooling :   Product is   cooled   down to   25ºC from   140ºC   ,   thermal   recovery   section   used for forepart pre   -   heating to   save   steam   consumption.

Chilling   water cooling :   If required   product outlet temperature   under 25ºC   ,   then   chilling   water need to   be   used for   further
cooling.   This   THE   section   also   could   input   steam   when   self-sterilization,   to   shorten   self-sterilization time.

Hot  water  system :    Water  heated    by    steam    and    automatically  fed,    then    make    heating    exchange    with    product,    water
temperature is   2   -4   ºC   higher than   product.

Holding   tube :   90°C   120   seconds   for   whey   protein   denaturation

Holding   tube :    140ºC   4   seconds   for   sterilization
