A polymer hydrophobic waterproof backing sealed on all four sides prohibits leakage from the bottom and sides, even under pressure. Five Layer Construction:

  2. Tissue Paper: Cloth-like material
  3. Fluff & SAP: Super absorbent polymer (SAP) and virgin imported fluff pulp
  4. Tissue Paper: High-density inner layer
