General description
Bottles are transported through bottle-in starwheel to the rinser of the monobloc. The rinser equips bottle grippers who grip the bottle neck to overturn 180° Along the guide track and make bottle mouth down. In given area of the rinser, the gripper's spray nozzle sprays water to wash inner wall of the bottle. After rinsing and drying, the bottle is transported through starwheel to filler. Then the bottle neck is blocked with bottle neck holding board to keep stability. Under effect of the elevation cylinder, the bottle rises to mesh with filling valve and open the filling valve to start filling. While the liquid level achieves the height of air back tube, the filling stops, whereafter the vacuumizing channel starts to take out foam and modify the liquid level. After the bottle falls, the filled bottle is transported through transition starwheel to capper. Under effect of cam guide track, the cap pressing plunger descends toward the bottle on the down platform and then to do capping operation by thrust ring. After capping ends, the capping head rises and the finished bottle is transported through starwheel to bottle-out conveyor and sent out of the monobloc to go to next procedure.

JXGFseries rinsing / filling / capping monobloc can be used for PE and PET bottled vinegar and soy sauce.
